Sumo Niku | SM City Bicutan in Metro Manila

"WAY better than the Sumo Niku in Glorietta. High quality, great and fast service, nice ambiance. It’s a screaming deal, even going with my tiny wife who seemingly lives on sunshine and nectar and can barely finish a single plate. Really generous pork belly servings, I have to clear at least 2k calories every time I go. Good sides too - kimchi, seaweed, miso, cheese, lettuce, you can mix and match some good flavor profiles. I do wish they had spicy chili oil."

"Good choices of meats and sides. Fast refill and great service. The griller is nice since it has some sort of wax paper that prevents food from burning. They have available large soda bottles which is cheaper than buying it in can. The only negative thing is, I saw a big rat running around while I was at the counter paying. The manager saw it as well and was literally too stuned to speak"

"Delicious food, cozy atmosphere and great service at a reasonable price -all can be found at Sumo Niku unlimited Japanese barbecue. It  is centrally located at SM Bicutan Building A where it first caught my attention. In front of its restaurant are seats where customers can sit while  waiting to be seated. On my first visit,  I was met at the entrance by pleasant staff and later ushered to a free table. Earlier, they also informed me about what meat wasn't available on the menu. My second visit was equally memorable with the same flavorful meats and sidings. Just like on my first visit, they kept serving  my orders as soon as I gave them my orders on slips of paper. I also appreciate how they quickly  replaced the wax paper  on the griller upon my request. A fun dining experience worth coming back to!"

"The food is your typical samgyupsal resto, it didn't blew my mind. The service is lacking in some parts and very inattentive and the place is dirty, tables are super oily."

"The dining experience was great! The menu is so refreshing compared to other samgyupsal joints, so thid place is a must try! Some of the staff we're a bit rude in terms of facial expression, but overall, it was a good meal. Improve on some of the staff's customer service."
